Virgin Media F-Secure SAFE helps keep you and your family protected online from all manner of threats and internet nasties. It includes virus, banking, family and anti-theft protection along with an app scanner.

What do I need?

A Virgin Mobile account (Email address and Password) If you haven’t signed up, you will need the Virgin Mobile number and your contact details.

Step by Step instructions

Go to the F-Secure section of the mobile section on the website and click on ‘try it now’. Then follow the steps to register for free.

Once you have registered you’ll be able to do download the f-secure app onto your device.

Chose whose device you would like to protect.

Choose which device you would like to set it up on.

You will then be sent an installation message to the device via either email or sms.
